Kharkiv National Medical University
It is one of the oldest higher education institutions in Ukraine. It was founded in 1805 under the name of Faculty of Medicine. It formerly known as Kharkiv Medical Institute, Kharkiv National Medical University and Kharkiv State Medical University, it is an important university for students who want to study medicine in Ukraine. It puts in its appearence at many universities and international agreements around the world. Since 1951, the university has been a training specialist in foreign countries, by providing education to 1,961 students from Eastern Europe, China, Mongolia, Asia, Africa and Latin America. There are two languages of education for foreign students. These are Russian and English. Kharkiv National Medical University of Ukraine has become an important center for international students. At present, over 7,000 students including 2,150 foreign students receive academic education within the university. There are over 700 teachers including 102 professors.

You need only your high school diploma to enroll at Kharkiv National Medical University. Ygs – Lys (Higher Education Exam- Undergraduate Placement Examination) score is not required.

- Licence fees of the Faculty of Medicine are annual.

- Accommodation fees are monthly.
